Safety production is the premise and guarantee of all activities, without safety production could not lead to benefit and development. Cause the flammable, explosive, toxic and strongly corrosive characteristics of chemical production, we establish responsibility system for safety control system, adhere to the principle of " Who is in charge of production, Who need also control safety ", and take possible measures to strengthen safety management, safety technology and safety education, so can prevent accident.
In daily operation, we adhere to the principle of " Who is manager, Who is responsible for safety", implement the safety management in all levels responsibility system, and each worker is responsible for safety production.Safety production is not only refers to manufacture department, but also refers to administration, strategic resources, R&D, technology, quality control and all the other departments, can be subdivided into properties of matter, environment, technology, hazardous source and continuous operation safety management. We list down the hazardous’ s assessment, cause, influence and corrective reaction of all activities, insist on the principle of Standardize Management, Subdivision Responsibility and Strictly Implement, set up a perfect safety control mechanism to ensure safety production.

3、Environmental
In order to minimize the impact on environment, we attached great importance to evaluate the production influence on environment since our plant was established in 1999. We insist the green chemical concept, adhere to the principle of " Cleaner Production ", " Discharge standard " and " Material Balance " in production, have been certificated for ISO14001:2004.
In production, we adopt advantage techniques and methods, reduce usage and production of the materials, catalysts, ingredients, products and by-products which are harmful to human health, community security and ecological environment, details are as following:
A Pollution prevention is prior to pollution treatment
We do as much as possible to minimize or eliminate pollution, so can reduce the charge caused by pollution treatment.
B Material balance
We strive to improve the yield of the reaction, strictly implement the “Material Balance” method to fulfill the economic theory of how many reactants lead to how many products, thereby reduce waste generation.
C Renewable raw materials usage
Our raw material is renewable Gum Turpentine, we establish long-term strategic cooperation with raw material supplier, request them use renewable Gum tapping method, thus reduce the destruction of vegetation.
D Energy economic reaction
We continuous improve process to increase economic benefit. We develop and use catalyst to make reaction easily carry out and reduce energy loss.
E Harmless chemical synthesis
We only use and produce lowly toxic or nontoxic chemicals, minimize or eliminate any factors may bring hazardous. Meanwhile we use green synthesis route, such as hydration reaction which react with water, hydrogenation reaction which without harmful substances produced, and the distillation process which is physical reaction.
In order to minimize the environmental impact, we apply " Cleaner Production" management mechanism and achieve good results. We start from the source –the raw materials must be clean, considering supplier 's environmental protection effort when purchase raw materials. Our process operating conditions are relatively mild, production is reliable and fewer waste. When design and select equipment, we adopt reliable protective measures in the parts which hazardous is easily occurred, strength the automatic level and management of the equipment to reduce the accident. Meanwhile we pay high attention to recycle materials and water.
Moreover, we obtain the pollutant discharge permit in waste water, waste gas and solid waste, fully implement the principle of " Discharge Standards ".
We strictly control each indicator in wastewater, such as: pH, SS, COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen and petroleum.etc.. Through the catalyst recovery project, the concentration of the wastewater which is discharged in hydration process is reduced from CODcr25000-35000mg/L to CODcr2000-3500 mg/L, the removal rate of CODcr is above 90%. The largest daily processing capacity of wastewater is 14 tons which reduce the influent load of sewage station and create economic benefit.
In our production, the air emission mainly contains nonmethane hydrocarbon and methane, the vent gas would go through -15℃ cryogenic treatment and circulated cooling water system to recycle the materials before emission. The non-condensable gas mainly contains nitrogen and small amounts of terpenes, and the emission air could reach the environmental protection standard.
In order to solve the solid wastes discharge problem, we establish a waste storage site which can prevent the rain and leakage, regularly let a qualified company handle the treatment and government handle the garbage.
Also, we regularly monitor the noise in the middle east, west, south, north part of the plant, all test results can reach the " Environmental Quality Standards For Noise ".
